The New Years Eve party was a roaring success. Thanks to Trond, Bernt and Arne - the brilliant gourmet chefs.
The swordfish was amazing. That was the first time I had ever eaten swordfish. Thanks also to Dag Rune for baking the best ever chocolat cake with Rum and mint. Absolutely brilliant.
We were about 20 people and we all had an excellent time. It was the best new Years eve party I have ever been to. It took 2 days to clean up afterwards. I think that says it all...
