Muslims deface advertising posters for depicting women with too little clothes on.
Well, I guess the only acceptable ads would be women covered from head to toe in a burka. How would one advertise a new bra wearing a burka? You can't. And I think that the reactionary mullahs are quite happy with that.
Now if people can just destroy anything that they find offensive, what would happen if people were to follow up on that logic, or lack there of? What if people found Islam to be the epitomy of what is offensive?
What would a muslim reply if somebody blew up a mosque because they found the dehumanising treatment of women in Islam offensive?
It is immoral to vandalise and impose by force one's ethical or aesthetic beliefs upon others. That is one of the core values of western civilisation. If this is not acceptable, then there are plenty of dictatorships that hold to the Islamic advertising standards where one can move to.
The world seems to be going to hell in a hand-basket.
